PEEK is called polyether ether ketone.PEEK is part of the crystals,melting temperature is 334℃.The material is resistant to organic and water environment,and the material has excellent chemical resistance,thermal stability and oxidation resistance,as well as good mechanical strength,resistance to creep and electrical properties.It can withstand high energy radiation,good flame retardant performance.PEEK in the long-term working temperature range from 100℃to +250℃.It has been widely used in aerospace,medical,pharmaceutical and food processing industries,such as gas analyzer structural parts and heat exchangers on satellites.Due to its excellent friction resistance,it has become and ideal material in the field of friction application ,such as roller bearing,sliding bearing ,valve seat,sealing ring,pump wear ring,etc.
